Aaditya Dave | Senior Associate

Aaditya is a Gold Medal recipient from GLS Law College ’20. He pursued his LL.M. from Nirma University, Institute of Law ’21 in Constitutional and Administrative Law. Aaditya began his practice in the Chambers of Mr. Sanjeev J. Thaker and now specializes in Appellate litigation as well as Arbitrations before the High Court of Gujarat.Aaditya brings in considerable experience in Trial and Appellate Advocacy. He has represented numerous clients before the Arbitration Tribunals, Commercial Courts and Trial Courts across Gujarat

Pooja Rohan Shah | Senior Associate

Pooja graduated from Gujarat National Law University (B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) ’18). She joined Nanavati Associates after her graduation and has practiced here since. Her practice areas include Civil and Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property Law.

Laukik Pant | Senior Associate

Laukik graduated from Faculty of Law, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in 2004 after completing his Master’s Degree in Business Finance & Economics from Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur.

He brings in expertise in Commercial and Intellectual Property Law owing to his varied experience in corporate sector. After law graduating, he joined Bardhar Chambers at Jaipur and practiced before Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan at Jaipur. He thereafter joined Ashima Groups at Ahmedabad in 2006 and worked there as Legal Assistant. Laukik joined Nanavati Associates in the year 2011 and caters to multifold corporate and legal issues. He handles Criminal and Corporate Litigation matters at Nanavati Associates.

Mrugesh B. Darji | Senior Associate

Mrugesh pursued his B. Com (Hons.) followed by Bachelors in Law from Gujarat University ‘07. Mrugesh has rich experience in handling matters relating to civil disputes including Intellectual Property Rights. Mrugesh has been associated with Nanavati Associates since 2005 and is proficient in various fields of dispute resolution. He has successfully appeared before various forums handling Intellectual Property maters in addition to the courts of law. Mrugesh has actively assisted Mr. Pranit K. Nanavati in providing legal solutions to various complex quandaries.

Jaimin | Senior Associate

Jaimin is graduated from Maneklal Nanavati Law College in the year 2016 with LLB. He joined Nanavati Associate since 2018 and part of Civil Litigation Team. He has considerable experience in Trial court Advocacy. Having keen interest in the field of Civil disputes and Land Disputes. He appearing before the Trial courts across Gujarat. His practice areas include Civil and Commercial litigation.

Rajvi Katira | Associate

Rajvi graduated from United World School of Law ’20. During her studies was an intern at Nanavati Associates and joined as an Associate in December 2020. She is also pursuing LL.M from School of Law Gujarat University in Intellectual Property Laws. She has keen interest in Intellectual Property matters and handles matters related research and drafting of oppositions before Trademarks Registry, Managing Trademarks portfolio, verifying confidential agreements and also attending legal proceedings before the High Court of Gujarat and Trademarks Registry.

Karan S. Yadav | Associate

Karan graduated from Gujarat National Law University ’20. He has a particular interest in Commercial and Corporate Law. Since joining the chambers of Mr. Rohan Lavkumar, Karan has worked extensively on matters arising out of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, Corporate and Commercial matters and Arbitrations. He has extensive interest in the overlap between law and Business Administration which enables him to have a unique perspective in advisory matters.

Kaustubh Shrivastva | Associate

Kaustubh completed his B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from the Nirma University, Institute of Law ’20 and pursued his masters from Gujarat National Law University ’21 in Intellectual Property Rights Law. He specializes in Criminal Remedies for Intellectual Property Violations and has assisted and appeared in prosecutions arising out of such infringements. Kaustubh has researched extensively and written on Protection of Domain names in India and the United States.

Shriang Mashruwala | Associate

Shriang is a graduate of Sir L.A. Shah Law College ‘17. He has special interest in Criminal Law and handles matters pertaining to the same before various Courts of Gujarat. He joined Nanavati Associates since 2018 and is a part of the litigation team. Shriang is adept at various nuances of Criminal Law and focuses on the intersection between the IPR Law and criminal remedies thereto. He is fascinated by the interplay of criminal jurisprudence and the liberty and the entitlement of civil liberties guaranteed under the Constitution.

Siddhant Gujarathi | Advocate

Siddhant graduated in Law in the year 2014 from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara.
He joined The SatyaVidhi& Co. at Vadodara in the year 2014 wherehe practiced in all spheres of Civil, Corporate and Revenue Litigation in District Court, Vadodara under the guidance of Mr.Avadhoot V. Sumant till mid 2018.He also conducted various Arbitration Proceedings during his time at The SatyaVidhi& Co.
Siddhant moved to Ahmedabadas he was very keen to practice at The Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat.He joined the office of Mr. Mihir J. Thakore designated Senior Counsel from 2018 to 2020 and assisted him in various cases before Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat, NCLT, Ahmedabad and various Arbitration Proceedings.
He also independently appeared in various matters before Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat and various District Courts during his tenure with Shri Mihir J. Thakore.
Siddhant joined Nanavati Associates in September 2022.
Siddhant brings with him a vast experience in Trial Court as well as Appellate Civil litigation.
